| Lived up to all the 5 star reviews! Great communication, helped me through the primary issue with my brakes without it ballooning into a major production. Took a wait and see approach where possible on the rear brakes since the assessment was that the cause of my vibration was the front rotors. Also respectfully presented a couple of other things as options including a possible oil leak they noticed. No pressurized up selling or fear tactics - just facts and options starting with the least expensive first step to addressing a concern before it got more serious. I was very pleased. |
