| Super Friendly and professional! As a woman, you have to make sure that you don't get ripped off when you get your car serviced. I felt very comfortable here and trusted the team. They did a great job for much less than I would have been charged at the dealership! |

| Absolutely the best! They are honest and they go above and beyond what any other mechanic would normally do. Additionally they are priced fairly. I have been using McCullough for years and I have referred them to my entire family because I trust them... And every one of my referrals has referred them! The entire staff is professional and patient and greets you with a genuine smile. I am especially grateful for Graham's non-judgmental patience when I ask him to explain things to me as if I'm a five year old, because I don't understand car lingo. |

| I brought my 2009 Lexus RX350 in for a second opinion for repairs. Eric was incredible! He laid out the information clear and precise without trying to squeeze every nickle out of me. Because of his honesty, transparency, professionalism, I brought my car in for McCullough Napa to do the repairs. Eric went beyond what was necessary or expected. They are a great company and I will recommend them every chance I get. |
